Margo Bailey

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of strategy, change, and human behavior. Whether I’m facilitating strategy, building internal capacity, or coaching one-on-one, the goal is the same: help you think clearly, act confidently, and lead with purpose in the middle of real-world constraints.

How I Work

I believe real progress happens when clarity meets action. I create focused spaces for reflection and decision-making, then translate insights into concrete next steps, milestones, and accountability.

My coaching approach is ICF-aligned and rooted in deep listening, curiosity, and practical tools. You bring the goals and context; we co-design a path that fits how you and your organization actually work.

What I Bring

  • Strengths & style: Adaptability · Ideation · Input · Learner · Positivity — a mix of strategic thinking, curiosity, and encouragement.

  • Core skills: Facilitation; strategic planning and priority setting; evaluation and performance measurement (KPIs, targets, indicators); change management; strategy and program design and execution; project and portfolio management; teaching/training expertise; and health and wellness literacy.

  • Experience: Federal government, nonprofit, and cross-sector initiatives; executive and team development; board and partnership alignment.

Who I Help

Mission-driven executives, managers, and project leads who want clearer priorities, better coordination, and measurable progress—without waiting for new funding, perfect conditions, or a full reorganization.

What You Can Expect

  • Clarity about what matters right now.

  • A practical plan you can execute—or simple next steps if that’s what serves.

  • Steady support, thought partnership, and accountability to sustain progress.

  • A calm, judgment-free space to think out loud, pressure-test options, and decide what to do next.
