Strategy Clarity Intensive

A focused working session to get unstuck and move forward with clarity.

If you’re facing a specific decision, pivot, or planning challenge, this intensive gives you 1:1 time to think it through, make decisions, and leave with a concrete path forward—without a long-term commitment.


What’s included:

  • Pre-session questionnaire to clarify your context and goals

  • 90-minute 1:1 strategy session (Zoom)

  • Concise written summary of key insights, decisions, and recommended next steps

  • 30-minute follow-up call within 30 days to check progress and adjust


Best for:

  • Leaders weighing competing priorities or options

  • New executives designing their first 90-day focus plan

  • Mission-driven founders/directors needing a thinking partner on a specific issue


Founding client rate:
        $750 (flat fee)

1:1 Executive Strategy & Change Coaching

A 6-month coaching partnership to align your leadership, strategy, and implementation.

This is a structured, high-touch coaching program for leaders who want focused support to manage change, clarify priorities, and strengthen their confidence and impact.


What’s included:

  • 6-month engagement

  • Two 60-minute 1:1 sessions per month (12 total)

  • A tailored Leadership & Strategy Focus Plan based on your goals and context

  • Support on challenges such as:

    • Leading organizational change

    • Translating strategy into measurable outcomes

    • Navigating complex stakeholder and political environments

  • Light email support between sessions for quick check-ins and small decisions

 

Best for:

  • Executives and senior leaders leading complex portfolios or transformations

  • Aspiring executives preparing for a bigger role or expanded scope

Founding client rate:
         $1,800 per month (6-month total: $10,800)

Executive Strategic Advisor Retainer

On-call strategic thought partnership for high-stakes decisions and complex change.


This is our highest-support offer for executives who want a trusted advisor on call as they navigate board relationships, enterprise initiatives, organizational pivots, or sensitive leadership challenges.


What’s included:

  • 3-month minimum retainer

  • Up to 3–4 scheduled 60-minute calls per month

  • Asynchronous support (email/voice notes) for real-time questions within agreed response windows

  • Strategic support may include:

    • Preparing for board or C-suite conversations

    • Shaping strategic narratives, decks, or decision memos

    • Testing options for major pivots or restructuring

    • Serving as a confidential sounding board for sensitive leadership issues

 

Best for:

  • C-suite leaders, founders, or executive directors with high-stakes portfolios

  • Leaders in transition who need steady, experienced thought partnership

  • Organizations that want an external strategic advisor without hiring a full-time role

 

Founding client rate:
         $3,000 per month (3-month minimum: $9,000)
